Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your hotel and transfer to Iquitos' iconic Boulevard. What makes this excursion special is the freedom of choice: you decide the setting for your journey. You can choose the vastness of the Amazon River, the mysterious tranquility of the blackwater Nanay River, the riverside life of the Momón River, or the historic confluence of the Itaya River.
Once aboard our boat, we'll strategically head towards the key fishing spots on your chosen river. You'll immerse yourself in an authentic artisanal fishing experience, connecting with local traditions. If it's your first time, our expert guides will teach you the art of using a rod and line in the native style, a technique that requires patience, stealth, and quick reflexes.
During the 5-hour excursion, the silence of the surroundings will only be broken by the thrill of feeling the piranhas bite. While you wait for your catch, you'll learn about the different species that inhabit these waterways and their importance to the ecosystem.
